How does FlowWise increase the success rate?
Router monitors success rates across payment gateways for all payment modes. Whenever a dip in success rate is seen on one payment gateway, Router automatically routes the transaction through the next preferred payment gateway.
How to process refunds in Router?
Router manages back end orchestration effortlessly. You can initiate refunds from Cashfree Payments dashboard without having to integrate with other aggregators.
What is payment gateway distribution?
When setting up a payment configuration, you can define the gateway distribution percentage to allocate transaction volume across multiple payment gateways or aggregators, such as PayU, Paytm, and Razorpay.
For example, you can distribute transactions based on percentage, volume, or specific networks like Visa or Mastercard to a designated payment gateway. You can also set a priority gateway, ensuring that most transactions are routed through it.
If there is any success rate (SR) fluctuation or downtime in the primary gateway, transactions are automatically redirected to the next preferred gateway based on the assigned priority.
Can I delete a rule in FlowWise?
No, you cannot delete a rule. You can only enable/disable a rule.

How to enable seamless option on FlowWise?
To use FlowWise, the Payment Gateway account you are choosing should have seamless option enabled. To enable seamless option write to your corresponding payment gateway relationship manager asking to enable seamless mode for your account. Mention that you are using Cashfree Payments as the technology company to handle sensitive card data.
