With our International Payment Gateway, you can accept payments from customers worldwide using international credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and more) in 140+ currencies. Our Dynamic Currency Conversion feature, branded as Pay Native, lets your customers pay in their home currency with real-time exchange rates, while you receive settlements in INR—no additional integration required.

How It Works

Here’s how Pay Native simplifies international payments:

  1. Customer Visits Your Platform: A user (domestic or international) browses your website or app and adds goods/services to their cart.
  2. Checkout with International Card: They enter an international card details and click “Pay Now.”
  3. Currency Choice: On the payment screen, they choose to pay in their home currency (e.g., USD, EUR) or INR, with real-time conversion rates displayed.
  4. Payment Completion:
    • If they pick their home currency, our banking partner’s conversion markup is added, and they’re charged the exact amount shown (e.g., USD 104).
    • If they choose INR, their card issuer converts it, potentially adding a separate forex fee.
  5. Authentication: The user completes 2-factor authentication (if required by the issuer).
  6. Settlement: You receive the order amount in INR as per your settlement schedule, with no currency risk.

  • Who Can Use It?: Registered businesses in India with a valid website/app can enable Pay Native for international cards (domestic or foreign-issued). Contact us to check eligibility.
  • Restricted Businesses: Certain sectors (e.g., gambling, dating, alcohol) may not qualify due to banking partner policies. Reach out for details.
  • Approval Process: Post your request, our onboarding team will coordinate with banking partners for risk assessment and activation.
